Should I sign up for housing and I’m applying to be an RA?
Yes! You should still sign up for housing if you are applying to be an RA. You don’t want to take the chance of not having a room for next year. If you are chosen to be an RA we will adjust your bill to reflect the compensation for the position.

Can I sign up with my friends?
Yes! This year we are offering a new option for people who want to live with/near a group of their friends. You can complete a group application form and sign up in groups of 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 to all live on the same floor, in the same wing, near each other.

What do I need to bring when I sign up for a room?
You need to bring your OneCard, $100 check or money order made out to Wayne State University (your security deposit), a completed and signed contract, and application (if you are a new resident or using the group application form). At this time if you are planning to live on the quiet floor or in a single room you will have to sign the Quiet Floor Agreement and/or the Single Room Agreement form.

Can I cancel my contract?
Yes. If you cancel before April 3, you will receive a 100% refund of your security deposit. If you cancel between April 4 and April 17, you will receive 50% of your refund. If you cancel between April 18 and May 1, you will not receive a refund, but you will be able to cancel with no additional penalties. After May 1, 2009 you are bound to the cancellation terms as stated in the Housing Contract.

Is there wireless internet in the Towers?
