Students who reside in the residence halls or furnished apartment style housing must make an appointment at their front desk with a Resident Advisor or Office Service Clerk to complete a move-out inspection, a Room Condition Report (RCR) form and must return the key. Students may choose to use the "Express Check-Out" option. Students utilizing this option will be responsible for all damages assessed to the room. "Express Check-Out" damages cannot be appealed.
If residents will not be returning to their room assignment for the Winter semester, they must be completely moved out and checked out of their room 24 hours after their last final exam, or by the final day of finals according to the academic calendar. Failure to meet these conditions may result in an improper check-out fee, as well as a fee for not returning room keys.
